There is no “BEST” hand-wrapping method in the world.
There is only the hand-wrapping method that’s most comfortable for you.
So whether you use my method or not, the only suggestion I’ll make is to ensure that the method you use separates the fingers and not only pads your knuckles.
This is extremely important to prevent injuries as you train.
